If you encounter any issues with the products you’ve received, please start a return from your account or contact us at returns@usawheels.com and our dedicated team will work with you to find a solution. Please attach images or videos to support your issue and ensure you have all original packaging and protection.
Please note we cannot guarantee orders can be cancelled once placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please email returns@usawheels.com with images of the items along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Items reported after this 24-hour window may not be eligible for replacement, and claims received more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Please note: Once items have been mounted or used, they are considered accepted as received and can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Returning New Products
At USAWheels.com, our return policy is simple: you may return any brand-new product, in its original packaging and protection, within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be subject to a return shipping charge of $40 + tax per item unless otherwise noted. This return shipping charge does not apply to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories. Please contact our returns team for a shipping quote in these regions.
Fitment Issues
Always test-fit your wheels on both the front and rear of your vehicle before mounting tires to ensure proper fitment. Items will not be accepted for return after mounting. If a fitment issue is present, USAWheels requires customers to provide pictures of the issue before initiating a return. USAWheels will not cover any labor costs incurred. We reserve the right to request your vehicle’s VIN number in cases of fitment error to validate the vehicle information provided during the order.
USAWheels will cover all shipping charges incurred for returns related to fitment issues when the order was guaranteed to fit by USAWheels.
Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery to ensure accuracy. If you believe any part of your order is incorrect, please email returns@usawheels.com with photos of the incorrect items, or fill out our return request form. A member of our returns team will work to have this resolved quickly. Once items have been mounted, used, or damaged, they are considered accepted and can no longer be returned or exchanged.
USAWheels will cover all shipping charges for returns or exchanges when items are not as described or ordered.
Other Returns
Returns based on aesthetic value (e.g., dissatisfaction with the appearance of a product) may be refunded minus shipping and/or mounting charges. Returned products must be in brand-new condition, unused, and undamaged. USAWheels reserves the right to request images of returned items to verify their condition. All returns are fully inspected upon receipt, and refunds may be declined based on the condition of the items.
Products returned may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
Special Orders
Some wheels are considered special orders, such as those from select brands. Special orders will be approved or denied for return on a case-by-case basis. Special order items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% for both returns and cancellations.
Mounted Packages
If you order Mount and Balance packages (where wheels and tires are mounted by USAWheels before shipping), the following terms apply:

Fitment: If a fitment issue arises, USAWheels will absorb all shipping charges on returns when the fitment was guaranteed. Customers must provide photos of the fitment issue, and labor costs incurred will not be covered.
- Incorrect Items: Please inspect your mounted package upon delivery. Any incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours by emailing returns@usawheels.com. Once the mounted items are used or damaged, they can no longer be returned or exchanged. USAWheels will cover all shipping charges for returns or exchanges where the items were not as ordered.
Conditions for Returns
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact USAWheels to obtain approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). USAWheels reserves the right to request images to support any claims. Returns without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Items will not be accepted for return if they:

Are not in their original packaging and protection

Have been used or damaged

Have been mounted and balanced (except Mount and Balance Packages shipped from USAWheels)
- Blank, Custom Drilled, or Custom Order Wheels

Do not have a valid RMA#

Are returned more than 30 days after purchase

Are special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Do not include the vehicle information if required
USAWheels is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment. We are also not liable for any labor costs incurred by customers.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Affirm). All returned items must be inspected before refunds are processed. We will make every effort to process your refund promptly.
Warranty
All products sold by USAWheels.com are covered by the manufacturers’ limited warranty, extended to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage depends on the product and is subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. USAWheels will submit warranty claims on your behalf, but approval or denial of the claim is solely up to the manufacturer.
USAWheels does not cover any shipping fees, duties, or installation fees incurred in the warranty process.
Tire and Wheel Warranty

Tire Warranty: For tire warranty claims, the following information is required: vehicle year, make, model, tire details, tire mileage, DOT code, and wear. A copy of the replacement invoice is also needed. Tire replacements must match the original purchase.
- Wheel Warranty: For out-of-round wheel claims, a photo of the wheel on a balancer showing the readout is required.
All claims will be subject to the manufacturer’s evaluation process.
Whenever possible, USAWheels will assist in facilitating a warranty claim; however, some manufacturers require that the claim be submitted directly by the end user. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.
Replacements
When a replacement is needed due to damage, incorrect items, or fitment issues, a new order will be processed and charged. Simultaneously, a return for the original order will be initiated. Once the original order is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed for the second order. Specific instructions for returns and replacements will be provided by the returns team via returns@usawheels.com.
