Fast Shipping
At USAWheels, our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered within an average of 2-10 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or courier issues may affect delivery times.
Please note that CNC drilled wheels have an extended processing time of approximately two weeks. Be sure to factor this into your order timeline. Our shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. For your order to qualify for free shipping, it must meet the following criteria:
Most of our products are labeled “Free Shipping” on the product page. If a product is not labeled as such, customers will need to proceed to checkout and enter their shipping address to view the shipping cost estimate.
Exclusions: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are not eligible for free shipping. If your shipping address is in these regions, please contact us for a shipping quote at sales@usawheels.com before placing your order.*
Order Processing and Shipping
Once your order is placed, it will be submitted to one of our distribution centers for processing, including a secondary fitment check. If any issues arise, you will be notified within 2-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment leaves the warehouse.
Shipping Address Options
We can ship packages to either your billing address or an alternate address. However, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses from a single order. If you need items shipped to different locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Each shipment will incur its own shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
To track the status of your order, log in to your USAWheels account, or create an account using the email address associated with your order. You will also receive an email once your order has been fully processed and another email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
Refused Shipments
If any shipment of wheels or tires is refused upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to our facility. All return shipping charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund unless otherwise approved by USAWheels management.
Special Orders
Special order items are not eligible for free shipping, and shipping times will vary depending on manufacturer availability. To get an estimated shipping time and potential special-order fees, please contact our team at sales@usawheels.com with the part number and your shipping address.
If you have already placed an order for a special item, you will be notified of the estimated arrival time and any additional shipping fees before the order is processed.
* In certain exceptional cases, such as deliveries to remote locations, special orders, or items with significant weight, there may be additional shipping charges. To comply with U.S. regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines on transparent pricing, we will notify customers of any additional shipping charges promptly. Customers will have the option to accept these charges or cancel their order for a full refund. This approach ensures transparency and aligns with legal standards.
